Although your ticket gets you access to ALL the sessions and bonuses of the sessions presented at the IBA LBD Global Virtual Summit, our registration process empowers you to choose your own sessions out of the summit’s schedule. You will be provided with an engaging registration experience that will help you discover your preferred content.

Access to the IBA LBD Global Virtual Summit’s sessions is via your individual links in the Schedule (and in relevant emails sent to you). The Summit’s sessions can be accessed via any laptop, desktop, tablet or mobile device.

The Global Networking Hub sessions will also be accessed via the Schedule where you can connect to the networking platform.

We recommend that you use a laptop, desktop or mobile device. Tablets are not supported for the networking sessions at this time.

Access is optimised by using the Chrome browser.

When accessing the Global Networking Hub you must ensure that you switch on your webcam and microphone to be able to meet and network with your colleagues.

Please ensure your webcam and microphone are not active in another platform such as Teams or Zoom or you will be unable to connect.

We recommend that attendees use a headset or earphones with a built-in microphone for optimising their experience during the Global Networking Hub sessions.

Our online networking platform will allow registered attendees to network in real-time, virtually ‘face-to-face’ in a coffee break style setting. Delegates can access the networking platform from laptop or PC, however, mobile devices and tablets are not supported at this time. For the best user experience attendees should use Google Chrome browser.

Our virtual networking platform allows you to move around a digital room and join tables with other attendees from all over the world. On entering this virtual room, you are automatically seated at a table with others, where you can have live video conversations with those on your table, exactly as you would during an in-person conference. During the networking session, you can scan the room to see who else is there and move to other tables as you wish, connect with other attendees and exchange your digital information to follow up.

When accessing the Global Networking Hub platform you must ensure that you switch on your webcam and microphone when connected to the session in order to be able to meet and network with other attendees. Please ensure that you have closed down all other video platforms such as Zoom or Teams or you will be unable to connect.

Please set up your profile to maximise your networking opportunities.

We will be present in each Global Networking Hub session to assist attendees.
