I am a strategist and entrepreneur at heart, I enjoy challenging the status quo, growing successful businesses and driving change. Everything from the identification of opportunities & ideas, problem solving, creating a vision, developing a strategy, aligning resources, leveraging technology, project management and driving change, I enjoy it all. I like to improve business performance and make things happen.

Since 2006, I have been heavily involved in the legal industry, again having been engaged in various business management and consulting positions with several Law Firms, but also in a volunteer capacity with the Australasian Legal Practice Management Association (ALPMA) taking on L&D, Treasurer, Chairperson and Board Director positions during 2013-2018. In 2018, motivated to stay within the legal industry, but wanting to be able to educate and drive change within law firm management on a larger scale, I joined ALPMA as the Projects and Partnership Manager and am now the General Manager. Here I help ALPMA to deliver on our promise to members, that is to lead, equip, educate and inform law firm management executives about the business of law.
