Rolandas Valiunas has more than 30 years of experience in advising foreign investors and Lithuanian market leaders on a wide range of complex corporate governance and M&A issues. His expertise is also important and relevant for the international community of legal professionals, so he is regularly invited to share his experience and insights at foreign conferences. In 2020, Rolandas Valiunas was appointed to co-chair the IBA Law Firm Management Committee.
